To build an e-commerce website
How it all started
Quadra Sistemi is a management software by Sistemi designed for quick and easy electronic invoicing, tailored for artisans, freelancers, professionals, and small businesses with a VAT number. The project was initiated to provide an effective response to the digitalization of invoicing processes.
Synesthesia was chosen to create a user-oriented e-commerce platform capable of:
- Meeting the needs and expectations of a broad target audience in terms of usability and information;
- Simplifying and enhancing the user’s navigation and purchasing experience;
- Optimizing customer services before, during, and after purchase.
The solution
The development process involved constant and collaborative communication with the client. Workshops were organized to define the target audience and design a customer journey focused exclusively on the needs and requirements of the users.
Significant attention was dedicated to designing an interface that translates the company’s values into an engaging, simple, and fast browsing and purchasing experience, carefully crafted to optimize the customer experience.
Every piece of information on the website is presented clearly and efficiently, ensuring users always feel they are in the right place at the right time. The site also features numerous tutorial videos (accessible to everyone) that provide customers with valuable insights into the product’s functionalities.
Following the design phase, an extensive development phase was conducted using WordPress WooCommerce multisite technology. Particular attention was given to infrastructure communication and compliance with GDPR and Privacy Policy regulations. Additionally, SEO and advertising campaigns were managed in parallel in preparation for the site’s launch.
Results
The Quadra Sistemi website was launched in September 2022.
