for the superior and certified quality that it guarantees with its products, respecting European safety standards and paying particular attention to sustainability through the optimised use of resources, as well as the authenticity of Made in Italy.

The MySenso brand, already established in the B2B market, undertook a strategic restyling of its B2C property to bring its e-commerce in line with industry best practices, with the aim of improving the usability and satisfaction of its users, thereby increasing conversions.

MySenso needed a partner with vertical expertise and experience in the e-commerce world class="wp-block-heading" id="h-la-soluzione-adottata">The solution

With the collaboration and strategic and operational support of Antonella Girone Dwayofthinking, brand consultant for the realisation of an integrated B2B and B2C project, Synesthesia Commerce was chosen as B2C technical partner and the Shopify platform.

Based on the requirements of the project, the dedicated internal resources and the client’s wishes, the platform was migrated from Shopware to Shopify, to guarantee simplicity in the shop management processes for the internal team and scalability of the business.

The project therefore developed through the following activities:

<ul style="font-style:normal;font-weight:300"
