This successful path was led by <strong>FGF Industry<\/strong>, an Italian clothing company that recognized Blauer\u2019s potential while preserving its original DNA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-t-4-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Today, Blauer is distributed through a retail network of flagship stores and resellers, with an online store active in 240 countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Synesthesia Commerce team is actively collaborating with the Blauer team on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:300\" class=\"wp-block-list no-margine\">\n<li>Front-end support and development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IT assistance and consultancy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Store management support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>e-commerce KPI analysis and strategic consultancy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-5d2f3228 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:65%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-soluzione-adottata\">The solution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-t-4-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Our collaboration with Blauer is based on multiple alignment and support phases that can be directly identified and requested by the brand or agreed upon based on strategic outputs derived from data collection and analysis processes periodically discussed with the e-commerce team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to the direct and synergistic interaction between our strategy and IT verticals, we have concentrated our efforts on two main objectives in the last six months (2024).<br\/><br\/>Firstly, to <strong>optimize conversion rates<\/strong>, we revised the user experience and user interface of the shopping cart, resolving friction points in desktop and mobile navigation, and completely redesigned the checkout flow, aligning it with best practices. This resulted in a 17% reduction in the abandonment rate in the first quarter of 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secondly, we are working on enhancing the online returns process. Blauer\u2019s goal is to further improve the customer experience by offering a more efficient and personalized service. AI will enable us to analyze customer data to offer more timely support, better understand individual needs and preferences, and provide tailored responses and solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Furthermore, leveraging predictive analytics, the idea is to anticipate customers\u2019 future needs and address potential issues proactively.
