The initiative, which was joined by more than <strong>200 participants<\/strong>, arose from the desire to realise an event that was able to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:300\" class=\"no-margine wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unite Italians living abroad who could not reunite with their loved ones during the holidays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raise funds to support the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/spesasospesa.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>SpesaSospesa<\/strong><\/a>\u201d solidarity initiative, a project by Comitato Lab00 Onlus, which provides food assistance to families in need. Each winning participant could choose where in Italy their donation would be directed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-5d2f3228 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:65%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-soluzione-adottata\">The solution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MammaPack and Garofalo, with the technical support of the Synesthesia Events team, organized the largest <strong>virtual bingo game<\/strong> ever held for Italians abroad. Thanks to a partnership with SpesaSospesa.org, a project conceived and promoted by <strong>Comitato Lab00 Onlus<\/strong>, the entire prize pool was donated to charity. It was a major initiative that was fully digital and solidarity-based, managed entirely remotely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/mammapack.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>MammaPack<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pasta-garofalo.com\/it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Garofalo<\/strong><\/a> bingo for SpesaSospesa took place entirely virtually, through a <strong>live stream<\/strong> shared on the <strong>social media<\/strong> channels of the organizing companies. With the support of <strong>Synesthesia Events<\/strong>, the event\u2019s remote production utilized <strong>five cameras<\/strong> and high-quality mobile devices (without requiring a professional crew).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each participant received their bingo card and the link to join the videoconference via email. Additionally, participants were given the opportunity to join the <strong>live broadcast<\/strong>. The game was run using <strong>dedicated software<\/strong> for <strong>managing the bingo<\/strong> process, prizes, and <strong>winners<\/strong>.<br\/>The event was hosted by actors <a href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Serena_Rossi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Serena Rossi<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Davide_Devenuto\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Davide Devenuto<\/strong><\/a>. Additional contributors during the bingo included <strong>Flavio Nappi<\/strong> and <strong>Romolo Ganzerli<\/strong>, co-founders of MammaPack; <strong>Marilena Esposito<\/strong>, Digital Marketing Manager at Garofalo; and <strong>Emidio Mansi<\/strong>, Commercial Director for Italy and Global Marketing Director at Garofalo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column col-image is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-rounded\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/new.synesthesia.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/garofalo-tombola02-1.jpg\" alt=\"Tombola Garofalo\" class=\"wp-image-21683\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-rounded\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/new.synesthesia.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/garofalo-tombola03-1.jpg\" alt=\"Tombola Garofalo\" class=\"wp-image-21685\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-5d2f3228 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column col-image is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-style-rounded\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/new.synesthesia.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/tombola-social-1.png\" alt=\"Tombola Garofalo\" class=\"wp-image-21687\" style=\"object-fit:cover\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:65%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-risultati-raggiunti\">Results<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The \u201csolidarity and digital bingo\u201d organized by MammaPack for SpesaSospesa was an <strong>innovative<\/strong>, engaging, and highly relevant idea, allowing participants to \u201c<strong>come together<\/strong>\u201d despite the distances and restrictions imposed by the pandemic.
