The days concluded with a visit to the Carer company.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-5d2f3228 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:55%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The solution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Synesthesia managed the organization of the event across all phases, involving a dedicated team for event coaching.
