Synesthesia was approached to develop a web platform that integrates <strong>eSports<\/strong> streaming content with <strong>Reality Television<\/strong> elements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-t-4-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#383838;font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">The goal was to engage viewers in unprecedented ways through a complete suite of <strong>interactive features.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#383838;font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">LGP1 allows fans to watch matches, track their statistics, and actively interact with streamers and competitors via a custom chat feature. Users can even influence the competition\u2019s outcome: they can bet on the winners of ongoing battles and earn the opportunity to compete in a <strong>Battle Royale<\/strong> against the winning players. Using their skills and ingenuity, they can stay active in the competition and be crowned the \u201cchampion.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-5d2f3228 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:65%\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-soluzione-adottata\">The solution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-roboto has-text-color has-t-4-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#383838;font-style:normal;font-weight:100\">After developing a Proof of Concept (POC), <strong>Synesthesia\u2019s Technologies team<\/strong> built a dedicated platform that seamlessly integrates with <strong>Twitch<\/strong> streaming, enabling interaction between players and viewers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To optimize event management from behind the scenes, the team designed a back-office tool using Directus, a customizable open-source system. This choice significantly reduced development time. The platform was developed with <strong>Next.js<\/strong>, based on the <strong>React.js<\/strong> framework. The application itself was built using the open-source programming language <strong>Typescript<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the final stages of development, a significant focus was placed on <a href=\"https:\/\/synesthesia.it\/synblog\/che-cose-la-quality-assurance-scopriamolo-insieme-a-fabiola-casta-qa-manager-in-synesthesia\/\"><strong>Quality Assurance<\/strong><\/a> and testing. Synesthesia\u2019s Technologies team conducted extensive testing involving over 30 users connected via LAN to the game Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.
