How it all started
In 2024, Turin, a world leader in innovation and sustainability, hosted the three-day conference ‘NAPCORE – Mobility Data Days 2024’ organised by SINA SpA, a leading infrastructure company.
NAPCORE (National Access Point Coordination Organisation for Europe) is a network that harmonises over 30 European platforms dedicated to mobility data, forming the largest global cooperation of its kind. The conference was a key meeting point to share innovative strategies and discuss the future of sustainable mobility based on data access and integration.
Synesthesia contributed to the organisation of the event, using its expertise in audience engagement and logistics management. The team collaborated with local suppliers to ensure a unique experience for guests.
The solution
The team’s consolidated experience in managing international events ensured careful organisation and a unique experience for participants, showcasing the traditions and hospitality of Turin and Piedmont.
Synesthesia’s services for the Napcore event included:

At the conclusion of the event, a gala dinner was held at the prestigious Palazzina di Caccia di Stupinigi. The evening included a guided tour of the museum with a welcome harp duo in the Central Hall, an aperitif in the East Wing and a sit-down dinner in the Citroniera.

Results
The survey conducted after the event confirmed a very high level of satisfaction, with scores close to the maximum for aspects such as format, organisation, location and overall duration. The quality of the content presented during the speeches also received unanimous praise, demonstrating how attention to detail and a meticulous approach were key to the event’s success.
The satisfaction of the guests underlines how Synesthesia succeeded in translating customer requirements into a valuable event that left a lasting impression on all participants.
